Not the Schuykill 15 miles upstream from the Philadelphia Art Museum with what, kayaks? We can agree to disagree. Norristown is indeed light years ahead of Chester, I never said it wasn't.

Sure a behemoth tower would have been nice to give 30HY some company, but the density brought to that area of the skyline -especially when viewed from the south- really connects Manhattan West with the rest of Hudson Yards.

In my mind that attention is exactly what the developer, and likely the city itself, was hoping for, and probably the beginning and the end of their ambitions with regard to this "proposal," so in that sense, I suppose it has been a resounding success and a very smart play on ...
