22 Νοε 2014 · (d) A person who ignites, discharges, or uses consumer fireworks: (1) after 11 p.m. except on a holiday (as defined in IC 1-1-9-1(a)) or December 31, on which dates consumer fireworks may not be ignited, discharged, or used after midnight; or (2) before 9 a.m.; commits a Class C infraction.
Section 5601 General. 5601.1 Scope. The provisions of this chapter shall govern the possession, manufacture, storage, handling, sale and use of explosives, explosive materials, fireworks and small arms ammunition. Exceptions: The Armed Forces of the United States, Coast Guard or National Guard.

6 Ιουλ 2024 · However, Indiana Code provides that the use of fireworks may not be prohibited on special occasions, such as the Fourth of July, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and two hours after sunset on June 29 th, June 30 th , July 1 st through 3 rd,and July 5 th through July 9 th.
