20 Οκτ 2014 · As far as I managed to use this (in May 2017), it just recovers what archive.is holds, and pretty much ignores what is at archive.org; it also tries to get documents and images from the Google/Yahoo caches but utterly fails.

I remember awhile back I had a website downloader called http something. It's probably extinct now but I could download entire websites to my computer. It didn't always work but on some websites it really saved me a lot of time.
I'm trying to download about a dozen large (1-4GB each) files from archive.org, and it's so slow that it's bordering on non-functional. Even when only trying to grab one at a time, the download frequently stalls, and even when it's working it's topping out at 300-400k/s. It's on track to take several hours per file.
Once you're on that site click on the three dots and then click on download. Explanation for the link creation if you need it for more videos: you simply copy the link u/colethedj sent and add the YouTube video ID behind that link, in this case bKfRqJYR_1U. Hope this helps. Helped today!
12 Μαΐ 2020 · Install the Archive Downloader Chrome extension. Visit the collection page and scroll down until all books are loaded. Press the Extensions icon in the toolbar and follow the instructions. Using wget/curl. Follow the above steps and export a link list instead of downloading or just use my list of pdfs.

13 Μαρ 2022 · The download speed you get should be significantly faster than downloading through your browser. It is now my go to method for downloading anything from Archive.org. Edit: The thumbnail on mobile is unintentional, for the record it looks fucking stupid.
