  1. Just like with my Théâtre Des vampires playlist, I’ll take any song suggestion that fits the dark and theatrical side of Santiago that I can add to my playlist. 7 3. r/InterviewWithTheVamp: This is a subreddit dedicated to the discussion of Anne Rice's Interview With The Vampire series on amc & amc+.

  2. Armand uses "Maitre" when he wants to disarm Louis and hide how thoroughly he controls what's happening. First time he says it is when he gets Louis to commit to him in Paris. Second time was when Louis promised to stay with him if he spared Daniel. Armand has a terribly sad story and he's extremely sympathetic.

  3. 19 Οκτ 2023 · On HBO it's shown in a medium wide shot, and on AMC it's now being shown in a close-up of Lestat. Several of the line reads and takes used are different and they also removed a lot of the nudity. It's clear now that the difference is actually between the new uncut vs. cut versions on AMC (HBO seems to be showing the uncut version).

  4. 23 Οκτ 2022 · I agree. The decision was not only a creative one but far more effective than what Anne Rice did in the books as the show writers combined the idealism of turning Claudia to help her live but at the same time how that decision was a death sentence as she wanted to live life as a woman, even if her view of womanhood was innocent, reductive and animalistic (her reducing of the feminine ...

  5. 16 Οκτ 2022 · Hmmm true, especially when you compare what he said in his former interview and in his current Interview. Upon reflection in the space of the years between, it seems his perspective on Lestat and their relationship has shifted. Although Daniel still feels it's bullshit, let's see how the story unfolds and what resolution Louis and Daniel come to.

  6. 2 Ιουν 2024 · Louis realizes this as he had Dreamstat call Armand a manipulative gremlin. However, at the same time, Louis is manipulative, too. And Louis is spoiled, lol. He knows he can do whatever because Armand wants him. I just wish sometimes he had more of a care for Claudia's welfare.

  7. 27 votes, 16 comments. “It was important to Jones to anchor the finale with Louis and Lestat's reunion. "It is very clear in the later books that…

  8. Can we be serious here? Most straight men won't be attracted to gay content and amc's audience is predominantly male, I'm just being honest, and I'm not saying that we should please them, they are not the target audience, and that's not a big reason for the lack of audience, amc failed to disclose the streaming in several countries, most had to resort to piracy.

  9. I find the theory that Marius was some secret/ambivalent racist who was ashamed or did not want to acknowledge his association with armand unconvincing to say the least. Im more likely to believe that some later painter modified the painting or armand lied about being the one in the painting. 8. Reply. Award.

  10. r/InterviewVampire. •. jarroz61. Daciana? Book Spoilers Allowed. Daciana? Could she be meant to replace Alessandra? She fits the physical description, and she uses the phrase “the devil’s road”. If I remember correctly, Alessandra is who Lestat learns that phrase from and no one else calls it that.
