Use https://www.reddit.com/r/Roms/comments/m59zx3/roms_megathread_40_html_edition_2021/ for legit downloads. In addition, none of their roms are verified, so you may encounter issues created from the scraping of roms, or bad dumps.

9 Απρ 2012 · RomUlation is one of the safest rom sites on the internet (that I know of). With no spyware, and little advertising, you will be far fetched to find a better site. So yes, the roms are perfectly safe.
9 Μαρ 2009 · Copying is not necessarily more legal than stealing (in the case of roms it isn't), but any competent judge would throw the case out if the wrong charges are brought. See, there is a way to bypass these laws. I do have a fine question though.
1 Φεβ 2011 · its perfectly safe. It won't have any noticeable effect on performance though, unless your disk is REALLY badly fragmented. Its more of a preventative measure than a cure.
