Fun bar, $12 cover charge, full of guys looking for "pay for play" with the locals. Good music, cigars, and a fun atmosphere. They serve food, but it's really a take-out place to bring a local back to your hotel with you, or use their short-stay hotel next door.
19 Οκτ 2022 · Still to this day Jaco’s ‘working girls’ frequent the Rolling Thunder Saloon much like they did years ago at the old Beatle Bar. With time comes change. In about 2009 or so Lauzon sold the old Beatle Bar to a bunch of guys from Chicago for a ‘hefty’ sum. They operated this bar until it shut down in about 2011.

Beatle Bar in Jaco is a magnet for women from the Pacific coast and central valley of Costa Rica. Unlike the Del Rey in San Jose the Beatle Bar offers Pacific sun and surf. Tropical nights can get hot, especially at the Beatle Bar, which is one of the few venues in Jaco with air conditioning.
There is beer, wine, and shots of alcohol available. They also have a food menu, so you can enjoy a meal with your drinks. I personally enjoyed the quesadillas (with beef), Ribs, wings, and fresh fish. Cold Local Beer for $2 (1000 colones) is always nice in Hot Jaco.
