28 Σεπ 2024 · JetBlue has decided they can save money and attempt to make Transatlantic profitable long term by staffing with four Flight Attendants and eliminating hot meals in Core. Without the need to count, prepare and pull hot meals from the ovens, two Flight Attendants can (hypothetically) serve the entire Core cabin.
31 Δεκ 2023 · Re: JetBlue Fleet - 2024 #24147789. According to this Flight Global article, B6 has modified their fleet renewal plan. They still plan to take 50 aircraft in 2024 and 2025, but the bulk of the expected deliveries are planned to be A223s.
8 Φεβ 2023 · If JetBlue's merger with Spirit is approved & consummated, Spirit will add 69 active A320NEOs to JetBlue's fleet, with 67 more on order and 50 options. There are also open Spirit orders for 31 A319NEOs, as well as 31 A321NEOs. The A319NEOs aren't scheduled to start delivery until 2024, or 2025, so plans could change.
