20 Σεπ 2021 · K-Bar-S was founded by Hal Sealand and John Karp in the late 1970s. The name of the shop is from their last names (K for Karp S for Sealand). It was a specialty shop and supplier of Bronco parts, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

13 Νοε 2018 · Bronco fans from the ’80s undoubtedly remember K Bar S. Now, one of their very few full builds is headed to auction. From the day the Ford Bronco first hit dealer lots, it was a popular target for customization. Thus, a healthy aftermarket soon emerged.
This well dressed and very period equipped Bronco Roadster conversion is the perfect example of "K-Bar-S" and their contributions to the industry. It was originally sold new with a Los Angeles Dealer (DSO) and began its life as a "Sport Bronco Package" 289-V8 equipped U-15 (see Marti Report).
