13 Μαρ 2021 · 1 Click/tap on the keyboard layout button on the taskbar notification area to open the language bar, and click/tap on the keyboard layout language you want. (see screenshot below) The keyboard layout button will show an abbreviation on it for the current keyboard layout language.

1 Απρ 2023 · If you are using a custom keyboard layout (in my case, created with Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator), the custom layout doesn’t automatically appear in this list. You first need to go into Time & Language > Language & region > in the list of languages, click on the three dots and select “Language options”.
10 Ιουν 2022 · The language of your keyboard layout controls the characters that appear on your screen when you type. By using the different layouts, you can type all the characters for the language, including diacritics such as the umlaut (ä) in German and the tilde (ñ) in Spanish.
12 Αυγ 2015 · I use an english version of Windows 10, but I have set the keyboard layout to German (Switzerland). This works fine if I am logged in with my user. The only keyboard available is my German(Switzerland) keyboard, which is exactly what I want.
15 Φεβ 2010 · In the Windows Start Menu Search type Advanced Keyboard Settings; Click Input language hot keys; Select the item called Between input languages from the list and then click the Change key sequence button below the same window. Set both the Switch Input Language and Switch Keyboard Layout settings to Not Assigned (or assign them how you wish).
24 Φεβ 2021 · I can not find the right layout or language to my keyboard, for some characters I have to switch between French and English language to type them, the oncreen keyboard also fails to detect much what is realy printed on the physical keyboard. Is there any way to auto-detect the proper input layout depending on the keyboard model for example?
15 Αυγ 2015 · I am using english display language but a swedish keyboard layout. However my keyboard switches to english all the time and i cannot delete the english layout. When i edit the layouts i can only see the swedish keyboard, but when i click "ENG" in the system tray i can pick between both keyboards. Its driving me insane! –
13 Μαρ 2021 · If you have more than one added keyboard layout, you will be able to change your keyboard layout. The modern Input Indicator automatically shows as a system icon on the taskbar notification area when you add an additional language or keyboard layout , and allows you to quickly switch keyboard layouts or input methods without having to go through Settings.
18 Αυγ 2015 · Is there any way to set keyboard shortcuts to quickly change to a different language/keyboard layout? The old shortcuts still seem to work (when set back in Windows 7), but I can't seem to find anything to change it in Windows 10.
