Predatory failed law schools such as Golden Gate do not deserve to exist, nor should they be permitted to fatten themselves through federally guaranteed student loans. The sorts of people who go to über-toilets, in the main, have no business attending law school and should not be allowed to do so.
It's a "scam" because law schools from the diploma mills up to even T6 have been very "generous" with their placement numbers. Schools like even Columbia hire their own graduates to boost their employment numbers, and Columbia transfers in 20% of its classes to make more $$$.
