I bought two Cadillac models. I observed the heat pump even works at 14* with no aux. electric heat assist. I was so amazed that I called the service people the next day and they said yes, the units you bought are that good. I got them both for 15k installed after the 3k rebate.

Installed a Lennox system with a Lennox EL22XPV and EL296V partner gas furnace for auxiliary. Government and Costco rebates made it very attractive. Two months in I am on my 5 service call. Installer has been great in response and I feel this is just a Lennox issue.
