The Lied Center for Real Estate (formerly Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies) was established in 1989 by the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas to foster excellence in real estate education and research.
Formerly known as Lied Discovery Children's museum, this 58,000-square-foot (5,400 m 2), three-story space is now located adjacent to The Smith Center in Downtown Las Vegas. The Museum sees roughly 250,000 visitors each year.
As part of its mission to be a dynamic resource for the Nevada real estate community, the Lied Center for Real Estate periodically provides original analysis about the market. These free reports are designed to help individuals, businesses, and governments make informed decisions.
