The Lumberjack Steam Train runs rain or shine. Visitors are encouraged to stay a minimum of 2 hours to enjoy all the Lumberjack Camp Museum activities. Special Rates. Senior Citizen (65 & Older) Discount – $2 off regular admission. All Group Tours Must Be Confirmed. The Lumberjack Steam Train operating schedule may be subject to change.
Visitors board the Lumberjack Steam train at the 1880’s Soo Line Depot, located 1/4 mile West of the junction of Highways 8 & 32 on Highway 8. Inside the depot, tickets can be purchased for the train ride, just as people did at the turn of the century.
