22 Μαρ 2016 · I am looking for a video or written instructions on how to reassemble an M2 Carbine trigger group. I can find a load of information on the M1 just not the step by step instructions for an M2. I can probably figure it out in a day or two, but though I would ask the members first.
Sears designed for use with the Model M2 Carbine included an elevated platform on the front half of the sear on which the Disconnector rested. Changing the Selector Switch to automatic fire caused the Disconnector to push the sear downward below the hammer as the trigger was held to the rear enabling automatic fire.
The type IV hammer was machined to accommodate the disconnector for M2 Carbines and M1 Carbines converted for select fire operation.
1 Αυγ 2014 · In addition to the sturdier round top bolt assembly and the specially notched operating slide, most of the M2’s selective fire capability comes from clever modifications and additions by Inland engineers Frederick Sampson and Paul Hamish to the original M1 Carbineís trigger housing group.
4 Ιουλ 2024 · Registered trigger groups are the most robust. They do not bear much mechanical stress, and are dimensionally simple enough to repair. They can also be swapped into different hosts. Registered receivers can crack or stretch, but it typically takes a higher round count before that can happen.
Original Inland manufactured M2 Carbine trigger group. The trigger group is complete with all the hammer, trigger and sear assemblies. They are used in *Good* condition.
