If for any reason, you try Mannatech’s products and are not satisfied, you may return the order purchased within 180 days from the purchase date, for an exchange or refund. Follow instructions below to request a refund:
Refunds will not be processed if I fail to notify Mannatech prior to the return of the products for a refund. Please see the Policy & Procedure handbook for complete details. Tip: You may want to obtain a tracking number and/or insurance from the postal carrier when shipping the package.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number assigned or a refund will not be issued. Do not return your products with this form until you have a RMA number. Products may only be returned in unopened, good, reusable condition within a year of purchase, and I agree to terminate my account. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Only the products authorized for return are eligible for a refund. No shipping charges will be refunded.
