As you enter our elegant and intimate 24-seat dining room, you’ll get a peek into our open kitchen, where our chefs will be hard at work. Look around to see art from Curtis’s home, and a photo of our namesake, Curtis’s paternal grandmother Maude on her wedding day.
Our current menu is refined Southern California cuisine. It is forever evolving, imbued with the seasonal, sustainable, and diverse bounty California has to offer, from produce to seafood.
Maude was a Michelin-starred restaurant by Curtis Stone, serving California cuisine [1] in Beverly Hills, California. [2] [3] [4] Maude closed in September of 2024. Chef/owner Curtis Stone said he plans to close the restaurant so he can focus on his other restaurant, Gwen and his pie shops. [5]
