  6. 20 Ιουλ 2023 · Smart Africa’s capacity building arm, The Smart Africa Digital Academy (SADA) in partnership with Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT and Innovation have launched a national digital academy in the country, marking the official kick off of in-country implementation of the initiative.

From November 15 to December 3, 2021 MINICT with MTN Rwanda will be distributing one smartphone to one household per village amounting to a total of 16,250 smartphones across all thirty districts in the country. This will commence with Gicumbi, Bugesera, Gatsibo, Nyabihu, Ngororero, Gisagara and Huye districts.
