Montgomery County SPCA. Animal shelter in Amsterdam, NY. We are a small 501 (c)3 non-profit animal shelter. We can hold 18 dogs and up to 30 cats comfortably. We have a full-time shelter manager, a ft animal care manager, 1 ft and 3 pt animal caretakers, volunteer board of directors, and several devoted volunteers.
