Natural Habitat uplifts the work of small-scale artisans who make traditional textiles and handicrafts in India. Founded in 2002, they celebrate and preserve traditional techniques such as block printing, embroidery, and appliqué, which have been passed down from one artisan to another for generations.

Unlike conventional cotton production (AKA the “ world’s dirtiest crop ”), organic cotton is grown without pesticides and synthetic fertilizers and processed with no chemicals—overall using 62% less energy and 88% less water.
