A reader wrote to say that the Lark Creek Inn in Larkspur has an alcohol-free version of Tizziano. For his Navarro Pinot Noir juice spritzer, bartender Lair Hamilton mixes together 2 ½ ounces of Navarro Pinot Noir juice and 4 ounces of soda water, pours it over ice in a tall glass and tops the drink with a lemon twist.
