DCWP’s Licensing Center accepts license and permit applications on behalf of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH). DOHMH issues many types of licenses and permits under the NYC Health Code.

Renew Your DCWP License. Approximately three months before your license expires, DCWP will mail you a license renewal package. View business types licensed by DCWP and their expiration dates. You must renew your license before it expires in order to continue operating your business and avoid fines.
