Oil Painters of America’s 2023 Annual Exhibition & Convention Oil Painters of America is pleased to announce Reinert Fine Art Gallery in Charleston, South Carolina as the host of the Thirty-Second National Exhibition. The Exhibition will take place from March 31 - April 30, 2023.
