Expand Microsoft folder click on the "arrow", inside you'll see the Onedrive folder, click with "Right-Click" over Onedrive folder and delete all. This process only remove Onedrive configuration, the data will be fine.

I tried restarting my computer, logging out of all onedrive accounts, reinstalling onedrive, resetting onedrive, reinstalling the office, installing an older version of onedrive, and still, my account is unable to go past the "Loading..." message upon login.
