London System. The London System is a popular 1.d4 opening for White which has the reputation of being very solid. The London is considered a system because White can play the same basic setup for almost all of Black's responses. For this reason, the theory on the London is not as extensive as it is for other openings.
As mentioned earlier, the Colle System is an opening system that is light in theory. There are mainly two ideas that White can go for: playing the pure Colle-Koltanowski or the Colle-Zukertort. White can play the regular Colle-Koltanowski, playing the moves d4, e3, Bd3, and Nf3 in no particular order. White can then continue with the key move c3.
