It doesn't make sense to say "Open ing Hours" because that means the hour that the business opens - 9:00 A.M. for example. It's unlikely that any business would only say when they open.

Are the expressions "operation mode" and "operating mode" fully interchangeable when speaking about operating/operation modes of applications or there is a slight difference? I can't explain it but I tend to use "operation mode" with "manual" or "automated" and "operation mode" in all other cases.
