23 Σεπ 2024 · I have been using new Outlook for a while, but it has started refusing to open - when I click on it, there's no reaction and nothing showing as running in Task Manager. Old Outlook opens fine and I can also access my email via Outlook online. I have tried: Multiple restarts. Uninstalling and reinstalling new Outlook (multiple times)

I also don't like the fact that New Outlook deletes files older than 180 days, this does not work for me. I tried unistalling New Outlook, but it restores as soon as Mail is Launched. I just want to run MAIL. I don't want NEW Outlook.
