7 Ιουν 2022 · The ViewCtl object provides programmatic access to the View Control. Use this control only within Outlook, in an HTML folder home page that is hosted in Outlook, or a custom Outlook form that is displayed by an Outlook add-in.

The reading pane, sometimes called the preview pane, lets you read items without opening them. You can customize the reading pane according to your preferences. Reposition or hide the reading pane. The reading pane can be positioned on the right of the Outlook window, below the item list, or hidden.

Change the view of your message list to show columns. In order to add and remove columns, you must use a list view. The default view for the Inbox is Compact, showing messages grouped by conversation. To switch your view to a list view: Select the View menu, then Change View.
