27 Αυγ 2018 · Brown Sugar Pecan Roasted Sweet Potatoes is a perfect, traditional side dish to ham, chicken, steak, pork… just about any kind of meat or protein. It’s also a fantastic side dish for a smaller, easy Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday dinner.
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Start with the sweet potatoes. Don’t peel them! Cut them into 2cm cubes, spread them out on a baking tray and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper, mix well with your hands and then roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, until just tender.
