3 Δεκ 2019 · Doubles. Doubles is a little more literal: you do double workouts each day. You begin with the Classic workout for the first 30 days, followed by 60 days of a strength workout in the morning and a cardio workout in the evening.
The 90 day “Doubles” P90X workout schedule is divided into three sections: Weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12. Each segment consists of 3 weeks of hard training, followed by a recovery week. The first block of the schedule is identical to the “Classic” program.

Doubles is for those who want extra cardiovascular exercise on top of the standard Classic P90X workout schedule, either for performance of for weight loss. The P90X Doubles calendar involves doing a cardio workout either 3 or 4 times per week on top of your regular P90X workouts. Doubles is TOUGH. You should be injury free before starting.
