There's no official word from Microsoft as to why Paint 3D has been discontinued, but it's safe to assume that the application wasn't being used enough. In addition, the classic Paint application has been greatly enhanced thanks to several updates.

14 Ιουν 2024 · 3. Click on the three dot menu on Paint and choose Advanced. 4. Look for "Reset". There are two buttons here, "Repair" and "Reset". 5. Try Repair. Follow any instructions. Be on the lookout for any mention of file associations and allow Paint to associate with the files recommended.
Report abuse. Hi there, Paint 3D is not available in Windows 8.1. But if you misselected, and mean Windows 10, your image can be colored using the eyedropper tool when you want it. Paint 3D - Default File Storage Location. Paint 3D does not recognize the "open" file name and asks for a new name every time I "save". Paint 3D does not display a "Browse" option to allow me to select a location under "save-as", so I have to save it to the default location. Where is the Paint 3D default file storage location?
