At 1,020 feet, the Hunting Island Fishing Pier (Paradise Pier) is the longest freestanding fishing pier on the East Coast. The pier is located in the water between Fripp Island and Hunting Island. Hunting Island is located 16 miles east of Beaufort on Hwy 21.
