The General George Patton Museum of Leadership is a publicly accessible museum on Fort Knox, Kentucky, dedicated to the memory and life lessons of General George S. Patton, Jr., and the continuing education of Junior Army leaders in the U.S. Army and in particular the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps.
This move aimed to support soldier training, with most armor artifacts transferred to the Armor School. The Patton Museum’s focus shifted to leadership education for ROTC cadets at Fort Knox. The Armor and Cavalry Collection continues to grow and occasionally opens to the public during select events.
Fifty years have gone by since the inception of the Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armor at Fort Knox, Ky., and it is still an outstanding repository of Patton memorabilia and mounted warfare.

The museum is home to a broad collection of vehicles, uniforms, weapons, and equipment. It is free and accessible to the general public.
The United States Army Armor and Cavalry Collection is a combat vehicle collection owned by the Armor School located at Fort Moore, Georgia. It is one of the largest collections of armored fighting vehicles in the world.
Formerly known as the Patton Museum of Cavalry and Armor, the facility was established to preserve historical material and to enhance the training of Armor soldiers. The museum is under the direction of the U.S. Army Center of Military History.
