Paul Cicero is the blind fortune teller from the Haly's Circus. He once had a romantic affair with Lila Valeska. The relationship gave birth to Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska, but Lila hid the fact from both.
16 Φεβ 2015 · While they attend the circus privately, the snake woman is found murdered there, in a serpent cage. The case revolves around her adolescent son Jerome and the blind fortuneteller Paul Cicero, whose volunteered 'tips', which Gordon wants to dismiss, is forced to follow up on by Leslie, but analyzes surprisingly.
Gordon and Lee then interrogate circus psychic Paul Cicero (Mark Margolis), who claims to hear Lila from "beyond". They bring Jerome too, where Gordon accuses him of murdering Lila, as Cicero had been trying to mislead the police with clues about the murder weapon, and Jim figures he's protecting someone.
At that moment an elderly, blind, psychic man named Paul Cicero arrives before Gordon and Leslie to deliver a message Lila had supposedly sent him from beyond the grave: "the servant of the Devil lies in the garden of the Iron Sisters". While Leslie considered that it might have some truth, Jim was skeptic.
