Across the 4 websites, online ratings for the 587 562 physicians were a mean (SD) of 5.30 (2.95) years old by August 1, 2021. A total of 2 027 319 ratings (23.32%) were from the most recent 3 years. We also found substantial differences between recent 3-year ratings and the displayed profile ratings (Figure).
