2 Απρ 2018 · There are no good highway between Hot Springs and Eureka Springs so I figured we'd take the scenic one. Arkansas route 23 is also know as the Pig Tail Scenic Byway. Be careful and watch for motorcyclist they love this road. Very crooked and many steep ups and downs and several nice views of the Ozarks.
