  6. Either way, I like it. I don't know if I'd call it pixel art per say. I'd say it looks more like low resolution 3d renders. It looks fantastic though. It's a nice aesthetic, but it feels like the shading is too smooth compared to the sharp edged pixels. I love it. I want to see more of this world.

  7. 13 Δεκ 2016 · The downside is the workload. 150x150 pixel art is a real challenge to animate, even the tilesets will take a lot of work at that resolution. If you have characters beyond the player that are this size (enemies and other objects) it expands the work involved considerably.

  8. 20 Ιαν 2019 · Draw a single Tile. Duplicate the tile and place it to the right. Fix the seam where the two tiles meet. Crop the image to it's original width, with the seam in the center of the image. Repeat the process on the vertical axis by pasting a duplicate below, and fixing/cropping that seam as well.
