As someone who grew up primarily with the PS3 as a child, I find it incredible and almost unimaginable that there is a PS3 emulator THAT IS SO EXTREMELY FUNCTIONAL.
Try the PS2 emulator, it runs well on that and you can upscale it to look much better. It also recently got Vulkan support I believe which may help it run even better.

RPCS3 requires the PlayStation 3 system software because it contains dependencies and proprietary libraries for the emulator to function. If you are running Windows, the Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable is required - Linux, macOS and FreeBSD do not require it.
