I'm excited to play, but when I try to download it Steam tells me that Portal 2 is not compatible with my computer because Portal 2 is 32 bit, which the newer Macs (mine is the 2020 MacBook Air running Catalina 10.15.6) do not support.

Portal 2 Runs smooth on Steam running on crossover with big sur on an M1 Mac mini. I mean, all the recommendation that point towards parallel, bootcamp, etc., aint helping. I would have go for a Windows OS if I want to use anything other than MacOS.
I would love to play Portal 1 and 2 on it. How should I proceed? I’ve read that I have to download a parallel/emulator because the mac can’t run 32 bits apps and games.
