I refunded some items in the summer and it took about a week and a half for me to get the full refund - one item was refunded within a few days, the other took a lot longer. When I searched on Twitter it was full of people complaining about their customer service.

There's some pretty decent people at the uni. I've met some really awesome people here. Whilst there also do seem to be a number of people who are a little less mentally mature (an example of this I can hear as I type this, a few girls in the student village for some reason enjoy screaming like banshees), there's very few people who are actually not nice to be around.
