Hey @Elmonomalo1,. If you're not sure what EA account your PlayStation is linked to, or if you need a hand unlinking it so you can link it to a different EA account, then you'll need to reach out to our live support team.
That is correct, Xbox, PC and PS all require separate subscriptions to EA Play. EA Play Pro is PC only and I think Steam will also require another subscription. Reply. 4. + XP. Launch an EA game from your console and sign in with your EA account details. Click Log in at the top of the page on help.ea.com and then choose the option to sign in using your console credentials. To see what accounts are connected to your EA account sign in here: myaccount.ea.com and go to the Connections tab.

Alternatively you can log into the EA website using your PSN account info as well. Please check out this page for more info on getting that linked.
In order to resolve the issue, you usually need to try and locate the correct EA account that is linked to your PlayStation and reset the password on it. If you are having difficulties with resetting the password or locating the correct EA account, please try and contact customer support.
