I don't read fanfiction on quotev anymore, they're basically saying good bye to all their users over the age of 16 I think that is on purpose though. A lot of unsavory and unsafe things can happen to all the kids using the site through these communication methods, god knows how many adults tried to rope me into disgusting things when I was a minor.
29 Νοε 2022 · The highlight of 2022 on Quotev was when a bunch of people made brand accounts and roleplayed as literal brands. It was a blast (until everyone started hating them) RIP brandom December 2021 - August 2022. I see that a lot of the people answering this post are old quotev people and roleplayers.
26 Ιουν 2024 · So QuoteV will resemble closer to sites like AO3, who also don’t have those features, and Q wants to place a stronger emphasis on members creating stories and quizzes. Good. Numerous other writing sites also don’t have these features, and I feel that it’s probably for the best.
20 Ιουλ 2020 · Does anyone know a way to download stories from Quotev, preferably as a pdf? Some of my favorite stories from there have been deleted before, so now I save the stories I like. I've tried looking up websites to save fanfic stories but none of them seem to work for Quotev.
7 Ιουν 2024 · According to Quotev's News in the Help section, it stated that the Groups and the Messaging features are becoming increasingly less beneficial to the main purpose of the platform and were rarely used by the majority of users. Simply go to Quotev, click Help - News, and you will see this.
24 Ιαν 2021 · Believe it or not, Quotev admins do exist - I had an argument with one personally through the help message box, and received replies via "Quotev sent you a message" on my personal account. This happened back in November of 2019, so there's no real saying what they'd do at the moment, since I haven't gotten into any recent trouble.

12 Νοε 2023 · I'm aware of how to add pictures, links, etc. HOWEVER!! I have no idea how to add GIFs in Quotev, and all the things I've found on it are from 2010 - 2015 and don't work anymore.
17 Ιουν 2023 · I joined Quotev for the first time in 2011 and am giving it a second chance in 2023. It was more active in its prime, but I'm accruing a decent amount of reads for someone who just published their first story after years of inactivity. It's worth a shot! I prefer Quotev over Wattpad.
