24 Απρ 2023 · Guys, it works with the machines we have here but Apple Pay does NOT work with Trinidad banks. She probably mean Trinidad, Colorado. It works but a lot of cashier tell you it doesn’t. Google and samsung pay works as well for foreign accounts. Basically the local banks don't support these services.
25 Ιουλ 2022 · I'm in Canada with family in Trinidad, they use Scotia so we're stuck sending via Western Union. Due to banking laws transferring from a bank in one country to a bank in another country is difficult, if not impossible without an intermediary (someone please correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to be wrong on this).
27 Ιαν 2022 · Scotia. They will give credit to a vagrant at this point. Your best option would be a bank. You're better off getting a visa debt tbh. Visa debit might be a safer option. You can usually get one through a credit union. Scotiabank is the easiest option but it will depend on how much debt you currently have.
6 Ιαν 2023 · Same with Republic Bank, RBC, the Electricity Company, etc. In Trinidad, it appears most workers ignore the phone. I am firmly of the belief that FCB is the worst bank in TT. I have barely ever had a positive experience with them, and their processes are the most archaic of the bunch.

Does anyone know if the new RBC Visa Debit cards can be used for credit card transactions like for registering and using Endcash and other platforms that require a credit card? Visa debit cards used to be useable for 9nline shopping up until 2019 when the central bank put in stricter measures.
26 Αυγ 2022 · If a transaction is done Before 12 with Republic then the same day. FCB takes about a day or two and I'm not too sure about royal. To me royal does move slow on everything. 3 to 5 working days for transfers from other banks . If it's between two Scotia accounts same day most times within the hour. Scotia to scotia is instant .
