19 Οκτ 2024 · We are a casual fine dining restaurant serving California Cuisine in the form of a weekly 4 to 5 course tasting menu that emphasizes fresh, local, organic product. We boast a wine list with over 3,000 selections and have held a Wine Spectator Grand Award every year since 1998.
Our cuisine is inspired by the seasonality in the northland with local Duluth flavors at the forefront. 301 signature cocktails feature local spirits and classics with a twist. An appetizing Duluth destination, Restaurant 301, originally opened as ‘The Great Room’ in its current location at the Sheraton Duluth Hotel in May of 2007.
Carter Hotel Bar & Lobby Lounge: 4-8:30pm Sun-Thurs, 4-9pm on Fri & Sat. Restaurant 301: 5:30-8:30pm Thursday through Sunday. Restaurant 301 is open Thursday through Sunday evenings serving a weekly three to five coursed Prix Fixe menu with wine pairing available.
