Joseph Michael Laurinaitis (September 12, 1960 – September 22, 2020), better known by his ring name Road Warrior Animal (or simply Animal), was an American professional wrestler. Along with Road Warrior Hawk, he was one-half of the tag team the Road Warriors (also known as the Legion of Doom). [2]

On March 9, 2011, Road Warrior Animal appeared on 1wrestling Radio in Philadelphia with The Voice of Choice Bruce Wirt and Bill Apter. Wirt called for both Animal and Apter's inclusion in the WWE Hall of Fame.

On September 1, 2007, Road Warrior Animal appeared for All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) and teamed with Sasaki to form the Hell Warriors, with Animal being billed as "Animal Warrior" to match up with Sasaki's "Power Warrior" and Hawk's "Hawk Warrior" gimmick.
