5 Οκτ 2011 · I bought a grunt call made by Rod Benson 20 years ago and wore it out. It's the best I've ever heard, it caused the death of several big bucks. I can't find anything on him or his calls. Does anyone know where I can find one? If not what is a good, adjustable reed call? "Why do you ask"? Always vote the slowest path to socialism.
26 Μαρ 2023 · Does anyone have one of the Rod Benson plastic adjustable calls? I got one recently that the o-ring was broke & the call fell to pieces when I took it apart. So I’m looking for a photo of a working one to put mine back together. Thanks in advance.
7 Οκτ 2002 · Best thing about the Rod Benson call to me is it's consistent sound, I have a Woodhaven that sounds great until it gets too much air pressure then it squeals, that doesn't happen with the Benson. Loud or soft grunts it keeps the same tone.
26 Οκτ 2016 · I use the original true talker. Very simple to go from doe bleat to young buck grunt to older buck by just moving your thumb slightly. The only thing I don't like about it is it came with a pretty significant vulcanized rubber smell. I've heard good things about the Rod Benson call.
