30 Μαΐ 2023 · Compatibility Issues. Just like Windows 8, RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 works and runs just fine on Windows 8.1. If you are experiencing issues, just like the other operating systems after Windows XP, set the compatibility mode of rct3plus.exe to Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
If you are playing RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 on a Mac with an Nvidia GPU, you may encounter various graphical issues. In order to avoid these issues, we suggest disabling the following options in your game settings: Bloom. Refraction.
