The Audit Department was granted with autonomous status and renamed as the Royal Audit Authority (RAA). Dasho Sonam Tobgye was appointed as the first Auditor General.
In a review of financial accountability, the Royal Audit Authority (RAA) has published 456 audit reports for the fiscal year 2022-23. Among them, 17 reports garnered qualified opinions, while the remaining 439 received unqualified opinions.
6 Δεκ 2023 · As directed by the National Council of Bhutan following its 13 th Session, the Royal Audit Authority carried out a special audit on the import and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and superior kerosene oil (SKO).
