The best way to get acquainted and to bring people closer together is to spend time in joint camping trips, a picnic, sports games, in excursions to different cities and to participate in various events. Many young people repented of their sins and found the Lord during the summer camp time.
The Salvation Army’s network of free summer camps allows kids of all ages, despite their family’s income level, to have a safe, fun, unforgettable summer camp experience and enjoy outdoor recreation, educational activities, and hands-on projects.
The Salvation Army of Cobb Summer Day Camp Program is offered for children from Kindergarten to Eight Grade from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Our summer camps, in particular, offer young adults the opportunity to work, serve, and minister in paid positions as they provide oversight and care for kids, many of whom would not otherwise have an opportunity to experience the great outdoors.
Summer Camp. The Salvation Army of Cobb Summer Day Camp Program is offered for children from Kindergarten to Eight Grade from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The program provides a safe and caring atmosphere of recreational activities, arts, crafts, computer/STEM lab time, field trips, swimming and many other items to stimulate your children.
