Ceaseless Edge is used for the Dark STAB since it not only gets boosted by Sharpness, but it also can setup unbounceable Spikes. Aqua Jet is used for the Water STAB since it allows Hisuian Samurott to pick off fast Pokemon that are weakened.

Samurott is the best of a bad bunch! Emboar has good attack but no speed to back it up. Serperior has good speed and defense but lower attack (depending on movesets I *may* choose Serperior). Samurott is a great all-rounder.
