Hmmmm I think the 3 for 1 pass is for the zoo plus two other attractions..but not 100% sure-sorry! My son and I just bought the “regular” zoo pass and it included all the features you mentioned-the kangaroo bus, entrance fee, skyfari, the zoo bus, etc.
